Shipping Information


Where do you ship? We ship our products anywhere in Canada. We ONLY ship to Canadian addresses - sorry, no exceptions.

How do you calculate shipping rates? To calculate shipping costs, we use Canada Post software integrated with our checkout to accurately determine the cost. Often, the more you put in the box - the more cost effective it is for shipping.

How do I figure out how much it will cost to ship my order? First create your account, login to your account, add the items you wish to purchase, then proceed to Step 3 of 4 of the Checkout process. And no worries - we won't ask for your credit card number until Step 4 - you can use the cart as a calculator until you are ready to finalize your purchase. Or feel free to Contact Us at 1-888-446-3029 during regular store hours and we would be happy to calculate the shipping rate for you over the phone.

How long will it take to receive my order? This depends on where you are in Canada. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and prepared for shipping. If the order is going to Atlantic Canada, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-4 days. For Ontario and Quebec, your order would arrive in 3-5 days. Manitoba, and Saskatchewan 4-6 days. Alberta and British Columbia 6-8 days. The Canada Post software will also calculate the expected arrival date of your order - although we find this to be unreliable and often the shipment arrives many days before the calculated date.

Do you track the shipment? Yes. All orders are sent via Canada Post Expedited Service or FedEx Ground Service. All shipments are issued a tracking number that is also sent to you via email. All shipments have instructions for the carrier to not leave them at your door. If you are not home, they are instructed to leave a card on how to arrange for delivery or where to pick up your parcel. A signature may be required on some orders. Identification may be required to pickup your order from the Post Office. The Post Office will only release the package to the person that the package is addressed to.

How will you pack my order? Very carefully. Our staff has been fully trained to pack all cartons to protect the contents. We use new cartons and newsprint to pack with. We also have a fully functional recycling program in place that you can choose to employ for your order as well. If your order is of an odd size or very large, we reserve the right to custom pack it using reclaimed packaging materials to ensure it is kept as safe as possible. Can I place an order online and pick it up in the store? Yes, you most certainly can. Please contact us and we will email you a code that you can apply to the Shopping Cart which will eliminate the shipping charge. Please indicate the day you will be picking up your order and we'll have it ready and waiting for you.

Can I place an order and have it shipped to a different address than my billing address? Yes you can. Please ensure the recipient's name and destination address are verified before processing your order. Also if you have the recipent's email address we can forward them the tracking information for the order as well.

Can I place an order with multiple desinations? No, sorry. For each destination a separate order must be placed.
