Get ready to explore the outdoors with NAVIR Optics & Scientific toys. Just a few moments ago the World's Best Bug Viewer and the Megalens magnifying lens were delivered by courier to the store. NAVIR toys are manufactured in Italy to the highest safety standards.

We have received confirmation from HaPe Toys that the new My Royal Castle for 2008 will be arriving to Canada the end of June and will be available to order at that time. We're really excited about My Royal Castle - it has a real working catapult and knights! Knights are cool.

New toys for 2008 have arrived to our store! The Color Flutter Butterfly Magnetic Marble Maze and the Colorback Sea Turtle Magnetic Marble Maze from Educo - HaPe Toys! These magnetic marble mazes were designed in Canada and are manufactured to European Safety Standards.
Also new to our website is some recent additions from Luckson Toys. Luckson is a Canadian company based in Quebec. Their plush toys are machine washable too!

Price drop! The smaller sized Anamalz have dropped in price and most are now $5.99 each. The 12 pack of original Anamalz has also be reduced to reflect the change. Spring has has arrived and so have more toys and games! Just off the truck this morning is LOGOS Word Game from Westboro Games in Ottawa, Canada! Designed and developed in Canada, this word game will certainly improve your vocabulary. We also have some new hand puppets from Beleduc, and even more New Arrivals from Schylling Toys.

Our shopping cart decided to take a little nap over the weekend and we know that many of you attempted to place your orders and couldn't. Les Deglingos have arrived! Deglingos (de-GLING-goes): common noun. Animalos molto funnios and muy crazios! A uniques species of contagiously quirky plush animals, the Deglingos speak their own language which consists of finishing many words with "os". An original plush toy suitable for any age, machine washable too!

For fans of LEGO 9v Trains we have a little surprise for you. During the month of March we're building a permanent LEGO train layout that will circle the entire store! This is a large project! There is over 120 feet of track, seven complete trains consisting of the classic Santa Fe passenger train, the BNSF 10133 cargo freight train with 5 TTX Intermodal wagons, oodles of LEGO MOC's (My Own Creation),passenger station, and more! LEGO! LEGO! LEGO! We have new LEGO building sets arriving NOW for 2008 in the store. There are some very exciting sets being released this year and Hot Toads! Toys will be carrying them all! Did you hear about our 'little' project in the store? We're building one of the largest permanent displays of LEGO 9v Trains! There's over 30 meters of LEGO train track, 7 LEGO locomotives, more than 40 LEGO train cars, oodles of minifigs, cargo loading and handling, LEGO train station, and more fun LEGO train accessories. We'll begin posting the pictures of the LEGO train in the gallery over the next month.
The date for the Grand Unveiling of the Hot Toads! Toys - LEGO 9v Train City will be announced soon!

Wow! I just got back from Toy Fair in Toronto, and found some fantastic new toys and crafts for 2008!
We walked the floor for 3 days seeking new toys - and yes it was a lot of fun testing them out. The new line-up will begin arriving over the next few weeks so be sure to check our toy Blog often for full details as well as the Coming Soon department to see product descriptions and photos.

Today is the last day to submit your order in time for Christmas Delivery if you are WEST of Ontario. If you are in Ontario or East you can place your orders until Wednesday December 12th and still receive them in time. If you are in a Rural Area, please submit your order as soon as possible before December 12th. If you are placing your order after these dates, we will process your order as quickly as possible however please be aware it may not arrive before December 21st.
If you are in New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, or Nova Scotia - there is still a chance your order could be processed after these dates and still arrive on schedule before December 21st. Please contact us for details. If you are a local customer in Oromocto or Fredericton and would like to pick up your order in store please let us know.
We will not be shipping ANY orders that require Priority Courier unless contacted first. If you want an idea of these costs, simply enter the items into the Shopping Cart, proceed to Step 3 of 4 and multiply the amount calculated for Expedited Service times 3. This will give you a fairly accurate charge - it's not very economical for Priority Courier.

Wow Canada! Your requests for using reclaimed cardboard packaging to pack your orders in has nearly cleared us out of cardboard! Over 90% of the orders you have placed in the last 30 days have all gone into reclaimed cardboard!! It's been so popular, that we have had to pack the odd shipment in new cardboard boxes because we couldn't find one suitable in size to fit your order - outstanding! We may not have gift wrapping - but we do have some happy trees. Thank you!!

Have you seen the new Bow N Mallow from Marshmallow Fun Company? They shoot a mini-marshmallow up to 30 feet!
